在求學的道路上，有人選擇快馬加鞭，也有人選擇穩健前行。從葳格國中部直升到高中部的楊羽禾，很早就對繁星推薦的「遊戲規則」有所認識，明白申請條件不僅需要維持穩定的學習步調，更需要耐心與毅力去一步步累積實力。現在他如願以償，進入理想學府——國立中正大學財務金融學系，為高中三年劃下圓滿句點。
提到在葳格高中印象最深刻的活動，楊羽禾毫不猶豫地提起「日本橫濱國際高等學校的交流活動」。這場由橫濱學生先行訪台、半年後葳格學生回訪的跨國互動，讓她體驗了不同文化的課程與家庭生活，更與日本學生建立起難能可貴的友誼。而在ChatGPT問世那年，他參加了以「AI對人類的影響」為題的英文簡報比賽。透過外師Jimmy帶領團隊在課餘時間反覆練習，從講稿、發音到台風，她克服原本容易緊張的個性，最終在舞台上自信展現出團隊合作的成果。
此外，楊羽禾分享「攝影」幫助他在學業與生活之間找到平衡，他將這份熱愛的興趣，延伸至加入畢聯會，期待運用攝影社所學，投入畢業典禮影片的拍攝與製作，盡力讓這段青春時光不留遺憾。
面對即將展開的大學生活，楊羽禾不忘感謝在他課業與人生選擇上，曾經提供建議與經驗分享的師長們。尤其是在選系時一起分析討論的輔導處吳耿昇主任，以及給予關心的和照顧的各科任課老師。對學弟妹們，她也送上勉勵：「結局固然重要，但別忘了享受過程。」祝福學弟妹都能找到自己的目標，勇敢追夢！

Elisa Yang, who advanced directly from the junior high to the senior high at Wagor International School, was well aware of the requirements of the Stars Program (an academic recommendation system in Taiwan) from an early stage. She understood that applying required not only maintaining consistent academic performance, but also the patience and perseverance to build her skills step by step. Now, her efforts have paid off—she has been admitted to her dream school: the Department of Finance at National Chung Cheng University, marking a successful conclusion to her three years of high school.
When asked about her most memorable experience at Wagor Senior High School, Elisa immediately brought up the exchange program with Yokohama International High School in Japan. This international activity, where Japanese students first visited Taiwan and Wagor students later visited Japan six months later, allowed her to experience the rich culture and family life in Japan, and it also led to valuable cross-cultural friendships. In the same year ChatGPT was launched, she also participated in an English presentation contest themed “The Impact of AI on Humanity.” Guided by foreign teacher Jimmy, her team practiced diligently after school—working on their scripts, pronunciation, and stage presence. Through this experience, she overcame her tendency to get nervous and confidently showcased the results of their teamwork when presenting on stage.
Elisa also shared how photography has helped her find balance between academics and daily life. She followed her passion by joining the graduation committee, hoping to apply what she learned in the photography club to help film and produce the graduation video—making sure this chapter of youth is preserved for posterity.
As she prepares to embark on her college life, Elisa expresses heartfelt gratitude to the teachers and mentors who provided guidance and shared their experiences with her, both academically and personally. She is especially thankful to Director Wu Geng-Sheng from the Counseling Office, who analyzed and discussed university choices with her, and to all the subject teachers who showed care and support along the way. To her fellow Wagor students on their high school journey, she offers this message of encouragement: “The outcome is important, but don’t forget to enjoy the journey.” She encourages all of them to find the courage to pursue their dreams and to find their own paths.
