人往高處走，水往低處流，這是很自然的道理，想走得更高、更遠，你一定得認真下功夫，努力再努力，慢慢累積一點一滴的經驗，才有辦法塑造出美麗的成果，而能在全國高級中等學校商業類學生技藝競賽獲得「烘焙-全國優勝」的成績，就是我最美麗的成果。
在這短短四個月的期間，從零開始，一步一腳印慢慢跟著老師學習將基礎打扎實，從最基本的製作麵糊開始，透過最基礎的訓練，例如 : 海綿蛋糕，戚風蛋糕等等，不斷地練習，再慢慢往下一個目標邁進，直到能夠做出一模具有「商業價值」的產品，才算是完整的呈現。透過參加友誼賽，與其他間學校公平競爭，看見別間學校的實力，檢視自我差距，看對方所呈現的作品，學習他們的優點，進而充實自己及提升自我能力，並在下次比賽中能有更出色的表現。
非常感謝葳格完善的教學環境與設備，除了讓學生能自我訓練外，更是能夠累積專業技巧與知識，還有老師用心的指導，不厭其煩，時刻叮囑，在我受到挫折的時候給予鼓勵與建議，並手把手帶著，讓我從什麼都不懂的新手，到成為一個能靠著自己雙手，做出一盤具有商業價值的產品，更感謝在他休假的期間不辭辛勞，帶領著我參加各校的模擬友誼賽增加臨場感及提早適應環境，學習到教科書上沒有的知識，最後，我想說老師謝謝您，您辛苦了。
National Champion Interview with Maggie Chen in the National Skills Competition for Students in Advanced-level Commercial High Schools - Baking Category
People naturally strive for higher goals, just as water naturally flows downhill. If you want to reach higher and go further, you must put in serious effort and patiently accumulate experiences bit by bit. Only in this way can you craft the outcomes you desire. My greatest achievement to date was winning the "Baking - National Champion" title at the National Skills Competition for students in advanced-level commercial high schools.
In the short span of four months, starting from scratch, I followed my teacher's guidance step by step, solidifying a foundation for success. Starting from the basics of batter-making and continuing through fundamental training like sponge cakes and chiffon cakes, I practiced relentlessly and slowly progressed from one goal to the next. It was not until I could create a product with "commercial value" that I considered my presentation complete. By participating in friendly and fair competitions with students from other schools, I observed their strengths and compared them with my own abilities so that I might find areas for improvement. I aim to perform even better in future competitions.
I am extremely grateful for Wagor's excellent teaching environment and facilities, which allow students not only to practice independently but also to accumulate professional skills and knowledge. The dedicated guidance and unwavering support from my teachers were invaluable. During times of frustration, my teacher provided encouragement and advice, patiently guiding me every step of the way. From being an uninitiated novice, I grew into a craftsperson of commercially valuable products. I am especially thankful for my teacher's help which was selflessly offered even during their vacation, tirelessly leading me to participate in mock competitions with other schools to gain a sense of the real environment and learn knowledge not found in textbooks. Lastly, I want to say thank you to my teacher. You have truly worked hard.
