
每次在規劃新學年課程計畫時,總是絞盡腦汁、和各領域學科老師討論,尋求各種資源希望課程能符合學生需求與期待,雖然壓力很大,但也為現在的學生有這麼多的選擇感到開心。
葳格中學部課程規劃,從國中到高中六年一貫秉持一致的理念:強調基礎及應用並重,重視升學及素養能力的培養。從國中部的探索課程、藝文社團、週六休閒運動社團、拔尖特色以及國際多元課程,搭配三年的素養活動課程及能力的展現。高中部各種多元選修、彈性學習,廣泛開設包括:法律、財務金融、商業經營、數位資訊、生物醫學、生活藝術、科普邏輯,以及更高階的國際多元選修等不同領域課程,學生可以依照興趣及未來發展選修。在選課之前,更會有「課程諮詢教師」提供課程說明及選擇建議。在接近升學考試階段,更提供了多元課程與學科考試科目的相互選擇,充分顯示葳格中學部是一個高度重視學生個別化學習需求的學校。
當然在中學階段,學習不僅止於學科或考試,健康的人格培養是更重要的課題。葳格中學部透過學務處、輔導處、外語部及圖書館規劃各種具有特色的活動以及自主學習,讓學生在參與的過程中,同時學習到高雅、慈悲、勇敢的貴族精神,培養人飢己飢、人溺己溺、冒險犯難的情操與胸懷,才能造就國家社會棟樑之材。
如果你問我,葳格中學是一所什麼樣的學校?同時身為教務主任及國、高中六年一貫的家長身分,我的答案是:葳格中學是一所重視學生學習需求及家長期待,著眼培養學生未來能力的中學。我們創造一個「有挑戰而無威脅」的學習環境,讓學生面對競爭、克服困難、解決問題。也正因為如此,葳格中學的畢業同學無論是透過各種升學管道(繁星推薦、科技繁星推薦、個人申請、甄選入學、技優甄審保送……)都有亮眼的升學成績,更讓我們驚豔的是他們在進入大學、研究所或是就業之後所展現出來的爆發力及成績,都讓我們堅信葳格中學所堅持並一直努力的方向是正確的:因為相信,所以看見學生的未來!

While meeting the Ministry of Education's requirements and college entrance exam criteria, Wagor offers an array of elective courses in fields like law, finance, and business management, allowing students to tailor their education to their interests and career aspirations.
To guide students in course selection, certified "course consultation teachers" provide both group and one-on-one counseling sessions, ensuring students choose courses aligned with their individual goals. We also go beyond traditional subjects, offering international and English-taught courses, providing a more comprehensive educational experience. Wagor High School's holistic approach extends to personality development, fostering healthy individuals through unique activities and self-directed learning opportunities.
